My visit here was seamless, I made an appointment online. When I arrived the receptionist was very sweet with all the commotion in the waiting area 5 children and several adults she made me feel like I was the only person there. Once i was in the room, the nurse took my vitals and my story and relayed the info to Sterling, when Sterling came in after he looked at the labs and chatted for a minute. He knew just what to do... I was on my to pharmacy in 15 minutes I had my meds and relief knowing I would be feeling better soon. This team of people do their job well together. Thank y'all 😊

I was honestly blown away. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and actually took my concerns seriously. They got me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel safe and cared for the whole time. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs care.

If I could give less Stars than one I would. I literally just went to urgent on altamont Street and received the absolute worst and unbelievable service I have ever received. And I've worked at multiple doctor's offices throughout my life. I went in because I have a large open sore that looks like MRSA and they have all my information including my insurance information on file because I use well now all the time in Queensbury New York and because I didn't have my actual card they refused to see me. My phone was dead and I simply asked nicely if I could use their phone to call and verify my insurance and they told me no. I asked if I could speak with a nurse and the receptionist just ignored me completely and finally said are you expecting me to do something. Again, she said are you expecting me to do something! So I knocked on the door to the nurses station and two nurses came out and I said is it possible the doctor so they can grant me permission to use the phone so I can verify my insurance and the nurses looked at the receptionist and said did you already answer that question and she said yes and then the receptionist said that she said no I couldn't and the nurses said well th

I had a tooth infection and was in a lot of pain. I went to well now because it was close to home and I'm glad I did. From reception to nurse to doctor was quick and super courteous. A great atmosphere and my grandson loved the slushy machine in the waiting area 😃. I received my prescriptions and was on my way. I had a great experience and will definitely visit again if I'm having a health issue that needs immediate attention. Great job guys and Thank you!

Saturday morning was my first experience in this facility, I had been dealing with upper respiratory issues and saw online that I could schedule my own appointment, that’s the first thing I really appreciate, not only that but I was able to register myself, get all important information in the system before and even got there so the receptionist made a copy of my insurance card and immediately walked me to the room. I also love the availability, hours are great. The physician I saw examined me, explained thoroughly what he saw was the problem, explained what I should do and offered for me to return if I continued with any problems, my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and ready for pick up when I got there. It was an overall great experience when you are feeling ill and just want to be home, quick, efficient . I’m very grateful and will definitely return if I need urgent care again.
